Description

Annotate email data and label datasets to train AI and machine learning models.

You will own the annotation process, examining headers, links, and attachments to categorize content accurately. You will analyze internet domain and IP reputations to identify malicious URLs and phishing attempts. You will monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans to address shortfalls. You will support the Project Manager with day-to-day service operations and departmental administration.

Responsibilities

• Annotate emails and label data for AI/ML training.
• Identify malicious URLs and phishing attempts through domain and IP analysis.
• Review email elements and analyze domain reputations.
• Monitor KPIs and propose process improvements.
• Assist with project administration and operational support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or project support.
• Experience with KPI management and reporting.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail in data labeling.
• Basic understanding of email security and phishing indicators.
• Project management support experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with machine learning data pipelines.
• Experience with email header analysis tools.
