Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into structured analytical project approaches and lead them through completion.
• Acquire, compile, and verify the quality and accuracy of structured and unstructured data.
• Perform historical data analysis using advanced analytical methods to surface trends and validate techniques.
• Develop and manage recurring reporting processes and deliver visualizations that translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts while documenting best practices and sharing knowledge across the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• SQL development experience.
• Python development experience.
• Tableau experience building or modifying dashboards.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Foundation in statistics or a mathematical field.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS or R.
