Analyze data and assess trends to develop actionable insights that support business objectives.

You will own the full analytical lifecycle: translating business requirements into structured projects, acquiring and verifying data quality, and executing historical analysis to validate techniques. You will develop recurring reporting processes and deliver visualizations that translate insights into solutions. You will also mentor junior analysts, document best practices, and share knowledge across the team.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into structured analytical project approaches and lead them to completion.
• Acquire, compile, and verify the quality and accuracy of structured and unstructured data.
• Perform historical data analysis using advanced methods to surface trends and validate techniques.
• Develop and manage recurring reporting processes and deliver visualizations.
• Mentor junior analysts, document best practices, and share knowledge across the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience in data analysis.
• Strong SQL development experience.
• Python development experience for data manipulation and analysis.
• Tableau experience building or modifying dashboards.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Foundation in statistics or a mathematical field.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAS or R.
