Description

You will analyze and prepare data to support machine learning and algorithm development.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and prepare medical images for ML and algorithm development.
• Organize and maintain large datasets, including medical images and metadata.
• Develop tools for data analysis and image processing using Python or MATLAB.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians on data projects.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards like HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, image processing, or medical device data handling.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB.
• Experience with medical image annotation and data organization.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory standards such as HIPAA and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Internship or 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or image processing.
