Description

You will support the Project Management Office by tracking and reporting on IT remediation activities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development teams, application owners, and infrastructure contacts to organize and plan remediation activities.
• Facilitate and track infrastructure remediation progress across departments.
• Audit data quality to distinguish between valid and invalid datasets.
• Document existing processes through detailed note-taking and process mapping.
• Present data findings and remediation status to executive-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a data or analytical role.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data manipulation and reporting.
• Direct experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Experience working within governance and financial management organizations.
• Proven ability to prepare data for executive-level consumption.
• Strong documentation skills for capturing and formalizing workflows.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Any graduate degree.
