Description

You will manage master data integrity and drive business requirements analysis within an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data domains including customer, vendor, product, and location.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and implement MDM standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the master data lifecycle, including creation, updates, deactivation, and deduplication.
• Perform requirements analysis and document findings to communicate insights to cross-functional teams and management.
• Evaluate business processes to uncover improvements and implement data-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data or business analysis.
• Deep understanding of data models.
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) processes.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and produce actionable reports.
• Proven ability to influence business conversations and stakeholder decisions.
• Experience analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, or Profisee.
