Description

You will own and drive performance for a portfolio of accounts by creating and executing strategies based on a test and learn framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute innovative strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to Agency Management and Client Relationship teams to optimize performance.
• Proactively manage relationships with stakeholders across all business functions.
• Define problems, create solutions, and coordinate people to deliver change without direct reports.
• Deliver high-quality analytical outputs to tight deadlines while simplifying complex concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and dataset manipulation.
• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and database environments.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong Python skills for data processing and scripting.
• Proficiency in Excel, including macros.
• Practical application of AI tools such as Google Gemini and GitHub Copilot.
• Exceptional numeracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in data and query code validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a high-performing collections or recoveries environment.
• Knowledge of contingent collections processes, suppliers, and business drivers.
