Description

You will support the Insights team by performing data analysis, reporting, and day-to-day analytics tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Extract and download data from databases for reporting and analysis.
• Transform raw data into insights by creating reports and identifying trends to aid business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Excel, Domo, Sigma, or Looker Studio (GCP).
• Perform initial data quality checks and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day project inquiries and prepare process documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SQL and Python for data cleaning and preparation.
• Familiarity with visualization tools: Domo, Sigma, or Looker Studio (GCP).
• Strong communication skills for internal relationship building.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work from the client office in Mexico City, Mexico.
