Develop and maintain dashboards/reports tracking pipeline, ARR, churn, and other KPIs.
Write clean, well‑documented SQL queries in BigQuery to support ad hoc analysis.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate data needs into actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and RevOps systems.
3+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in SaaS/technology.
Strong SQL expertise (complex queries, window functions, CTEs).
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Understanding of RevOps metrics (pipeline, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
Familiarity with CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience with dbt‑modeled data or data modeling concepts.
Familiarity with Python for advanced analysis.
Knowledge of Stripe, Clari, or other RevOps tools
