Description

You will own the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports tracking pipeline, ARR, churn, and other key performance indicators.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-documented SQL queries in BigQuery to support ad hoc analysis.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate data needs into actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and RevOps systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline, ARR, churn, and other KPIs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in SaaS/technology.
• Strong SQL expertise, including complex queries, window functions, and CTEs.
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Understanding of RevOps metrics including pipeline, ARR, CAC, LTV, and churn.
• Familiarity with CRM data in Salesforce or HubSpot.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dbt-modeled data or data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with Python for advanced analysis.
