Description

You will drive Star strategy with a focus on Part D Star measures through reporting and analytics.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Transform raw data into actionable datasets for use across multiple dashboards and projects.
• Oversee and prioritize data analytics tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures and QA processes for reporting products.
• Communicate analytical findings to senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional business segments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare, managed care, PBM, or health plan environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software.
• Deep understanding of advanced analytics tools and languages for large dataset analysis.
• Experience applying statistical models and predictive analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and minimal direction.
• Strong focus on data accuracy, integrity, and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with the Part D Medicare Star Rating Program.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
