You will gather, interpret, and document data to drive business decisions and process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and discrepancies.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Define, track, and monitor KPIs to support business goals.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate functional specs into technical requirements.
• Develop and track QA scripts for business functionality testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, and Python.
• Strong quantitative analysis and mathematical skills.
• Ability to define project scope, objectives, and risk mitigation plans.
• Experience documenting process flows and swim lanes.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
