• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA scripting, and automation techniques to develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards. • Expertise in SQL database build and querying • Expertise in generative AI Claude coding. • Analyze, validate, reconcile, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and support engineering leadership decision-making. • Create and maintain engineering metrics, scorecards, trackers, and management reports with a high degree of accuracy. • Support vendor management activities, including resource tracking, onboarding/offboarding coordination, invoice validation, and vendor reporting. • Manage and maintain knowledge repositories, operational documentation, procedures, and governance artifacts. • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, presentations, summaries, and operational reviews for leadership and stakeholders. • Handle sensitive business, financial, and personnel information with the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and discretion. • Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, vendors, project managers, finance, HR, and leadership to support operational objectives. • Identify process improvement opportunities, automate manual activities, and enhance operational efficiency through analytical problem-solving. • Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills while meeting tight deadlines, maintaining high productivity, and supporting flexible work schedules, including extended business-critical work periods
