Description

Own data-informed decision-making through experimentation, metric tracking, and pipeline management. You will synthesize actionable insights from digital product performance and drive KPI improvements.

Responsibilities

• Track and identify underlying drivers of KPI targets to synthesize actionable insights.
• Manage A/B testing monitoring, analysis, and strategy execution to support product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver enhancements based on experimentation results.
• Develop, manage, and maintain backend product data pipelines.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support personalization initiatives and product launches.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a large IT organization developing data and analytics products.
• Advanced SQL and database design knowledge.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools including Power BI, Tableau, and Microstrategy.
• Experience with measurement tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Proven ability in data analysis, experimentation, and problem-solving.
• Experience working with web, mobile logs, and transaction systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues involving disparate data sources and data quality.
• Experience building integrations between different products and researching API development.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to operational and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
