Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze credit risk and collections data to support campaign planning, targeting, and performance measurement.
• Build and maintain SQL-based datasets, reporting views, and KPI dashboards for collections and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop Python/PySpark analytics workflows to support experimentation, performance optimization, and automation of recurring analyses.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance campaign insights, improve decisioning signals, and support strategy refinement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical results into actionable recommendations for collections strategy.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 9 years of relevant experience in data analytics with BFSI collections exposure
• Credit Risk
• SQL (data extraction, joins, aggregations, and KPI computation)
• Python (analytics, data processing, and modeling support)
• AI/ML and experimentation/automation for campaign performance optimization

Good to Have:

• Analyst
