Description

You will support sales operations by analyzing processes, managing data integrity, and providing actionable insights for business decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop sales operations policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional sales representatives to collect inputs for projections and identify process improvements.
• Maintain existing sales reports and design new reporting structures as required.
• Manage functional data areas including forecasting, leads, opportunities, and dashboards within the CRM.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to report revenue forecasts with high accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations or data analysis.
• Hands-on experience maintaining data integrity within a CRM system.
• Ability to manage forecasting, contacts, leads, and opportunity data.
• Proven track record of maintaining high levels of quality and accuracy in reporting.
• Experience identifying sales force trends and process bottlenecks.
• Proficiency in quality control and accuracy metrics.
• ANY GRADUATE education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and implementing decision-support tools and sales force automation projects.
