Description

You will analyze credit risk and collections data to support campaign planning, targeting, and performance measurement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SQL-based datasets, reporting views, and KPI dashboards for collections and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop Python and PySpark analytics workflows to support experimentation, performance optimization, and automation of recurring analyses.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance campaign insights, improve decisioning signals, and support strategy refinement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical results into actionable recommendations for collections strategy.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Experience in BFSI collections exposure.
• Strong proficiency in Credit Risk concepts.
• Expert SQL skills including data extraction, joins, aggregations, and KPI computation.
• Proficiency in Python for analytics, data processing, and modeling support.
• Experience with AI/ML, experimentation, and automation for campaign performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
