Description

You will own data analysis and master data management functions for a Property & Casualty insurance client.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform business process evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and analyze requirements by engaging with stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirements, process flows, and analytical reports.
• Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across core domains.
• Administer lifecycle activities for master records and validate ETL processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of data or business analysis experience, preferably in P&C Insurance.
• Strong experience in Master Data Management across platforms like Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, or Profisee.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data quality, and data governance concepts.
• Proficiency in querying using Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional MDM platforms beyond the core list.
• Advanced data governance framework implementation.
