Description

You will serve as the bridge between Accounting and the Enterprise Data Warehouse teams to align business and technical needs.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyze financial data flows from source systems into reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Pigment, or OneStream).
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close reporting by validating data and automating processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to guide management decisions.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data across all reporting layers.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to improve data governance, controls, and reconciliation procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a data analysis or financial reporting role.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including journal entries and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data modeling.
• Experience analyzing and validating data flows across multiple source systems.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting concepts (P&L, balance sheet, budgeting).
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting tools like Pigment or OneStream.
• Knowledge of data integration platforms, such as Microsoft Fabric or similar ETL/ELT tools.
• Excellent communication skills for working with Finance and IT stakeholders.
