Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support HR and business decision-making.
• Analyze workforce data, including attrition, recruitment, compensation, benefits, learning, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights, reports, and presentations for HR leadership.
• Support recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, audits, and data quality initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to understand reporting needs.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions, automate processes, and improve self-service analytics.
• Present findings, trends, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end people analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Improve data governance, reporting accuracy, and process efficiency while maintaining confidentiality of employee data.

<.> Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience supporting Human Resources or People Analytics functions.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Web Analytics.
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
