Description

You will analyze data to support business decisions and manage data quality workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data issues under time constraints, communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Own and manage customer data support workflows, troubleshooting data quality problems.
• Query and extract data using SQL, Python, or C# to provide analytical insights.
• Analyze datasets to identify issue patterns, assess scope, and aid containment efforts.
• Lead independent analytical projects aligned with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency.
• Proficiency in Python or C#.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage ambiguity.
• Familiarity with data extraction, ingestion, transformation, and quality control processes.
• Salesforce experience.
