Description

You will build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support HR and business decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data including attrition, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and presentations for HR leadership.
• Support recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, audits, and data quality initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams to understand reporting needs and develop scalable, automated solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Web Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
