You will support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain by managing data models and deriving insights. This role combines data analysis with engineering tasks to maintain data quality and accessibility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex queries in PostgreSQL and Snowflake to extract and transform leasing data.
• Define and maintain data models and relationships to ensure data integrity across the CRE domain.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance data analysis capabilities and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate on data engineering tasks to support the overall data infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
• Deep understanding of data models, schemas, and relational relationships.
• Ability to apply artificial intelligence tools for data processing and insight generation.
• Experience in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) domain is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
