Data Analyst

You will execute data analytics and automation to optimize operational workflows and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations for supplier performance tracking and business insights.
• Prototype and customize analytical applications, leveraging outputs from data science models.
• Partner with business stakeholders to refine analyses and dashboard designs iteratively.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key supplier performance metrics.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to improve decision-making workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a data-focused role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and creating clear, actionable data visualizations.
• Strong experience processing, cleaning, and restructuring large datasets using Excel.
• Hands-on experience with process automation tools like Power Automate or UiPath.
• Experience utilizing Power Apps and SharePoint for application prototyping and data management.
• Demonstrated ability to build automated data comparisons and master datasets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a Scientific field.
• Experience within biotech, biopharma, medical device, or R&D environments.
