You will own the end-to-end process of transforming raw data into actionable business insights.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional design documents.
• Build and maintain semantic data models in PowerBI and DAX, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Develop, distribute, and maintain scalable PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Create and optimize queries for ETL/ELT processes across sources like Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, and Databricks.
• Conduct data analysis, provide data-driven recommendations, and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total working experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Advanced SQL for querying and transforming data.
• 2+ years of proficiency in PowerBI Desktop and Service, including report creation, governance, and security.
• 2+ years of proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M) for data transformation.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, Azure Data Factory, Data Pipelines, ETL, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.
• Experience in conducting peer code reviews and generating test scripts for data validation.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining data pipelines to ensure SLA adherence.

Preferred Skills

• Python, R, or Scala for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with agile frameworks (Jira or Rally).
