Description

You will perform data analysis to support data product development and translate business needs into technical specifications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist product owners in defining and refining requirements for new data products.
• Manage and curate metadata to ensure data accessibility and usability.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target mappings for data integration projects.
• Create documentation and guides for data sets and data products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis within the property and casualty insurance industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Metadata Management principles.
• Competence in Python and R.
• Proficiency with BI tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
