You will analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and translate findings into actionable goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate reports to monitor network health and identify correlations between independent issues.
• Interpret trends within complex data sets and tables to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service providers, and management to define data requirements.
• Ensure all data activities comply with IT architecture, policies, and processes.
• Travel to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the US as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation.
• Strong SQL skills including T-SQL or PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Experience using IBM Cognos.
