You will define complex business and system requirements, overseeing the end-to-end development lifecycle and ensuring accurate deliverables through strategic stakeholder engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic user meetings to lead complex business and system requirements working sessions.
• Develop wireframes, articulate system vision, and design end-to-end data and process flows.
• Decompose abstract concepts into functional requirements understandable by users, developers, and testers.
• Manage project plans, including issue resolution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder participation.
• Establish connectivity across the ecosystem, including SWIFT for security and cash movements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of related professional experience in financial services.
• 5+ years in Collateral Management.
• Background as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in financial services software implementation.
• Hands-on SQL experience with relational and object stores.
• Deep knowledge of Trade Flows, Security Reference, Market Data, Valuations, and operational data flow architecture.
• Experience implementing financial systems using standardized SDLC methodologies (e.g., AGILE).
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent.
