Description

You will collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive strategic decision-making. You standardize data processes, automate reporting, and resolve data-related issues within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and solidify data processes and quality.
• Develop business reporting and increase data availability through automation.
• Investigate and solve data-related issues.
• Participate in all phases of system testing within an Agile Project environment.
• Complete estimates and work plans for design, development, and rollout tasks during Program Increment meetings.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across multiple feature and component teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to present complex findings clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
