Overview

Our client, a global leader in the energy industry, is seeking an OIMS Data & Systems Coordinator to support their Technical organization. This role focuses on OIMS data management, risk assessment support, incident tracking administration, and Management of Change (MOC) coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as site OIMS data entry and database expert
  • Support risk assessments and HAZOP preparation
  • Manage action item entry and tracking
  • Provide GMOC coordination support
  • Lead site administration for the IMPACT incident tracking system (access management, role assignments, reporting)
  • Pull reports and maintain data accuracy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant degree considered

Required Skills

  • Strong data entry and database experience (MS Access or similar)
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
