Overview
Our client, a global leader in the energy industry, is seeking an OIMS Data & Systems Coordinator to support their Technical organization. This role focuses on OIMS data management, risk assessment support, incident tracking administration, and Management of Change (MOC) coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as site OIMS data entry and database expert
- Support risk assessments and HAZOP preparation
- Manage action item entry and tracking
- Provide GMOC coordination support
- Lead site administration for the IMPACT incident tracking system (access management, role assignments, reporting)
- Pull reports and maintain data accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Entry-level candidates with relevant degree considered
Required Skills
- Strong data entry and database experience (MS Access or similar)
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
