Description

You will manage OIMS data systems, support risk assessments, and coordinate incident tracking for the Technical organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer the IMPACT incident tracking system, including access management, role assignments, and reporting.
• Perform site OIMS data entry and serve as the primary database expert for data accuracy.
• Support risk assessments and HAZOP preparation by managing action item entry and tracking.
• Provide GMOC coordination support and maintain Management of Change (MOC) documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data entry and database management.
• Proficiency in MS Access or similar database tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong ability to work independently with a detail-oriented approach.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
