Description

You will manage the OIMS incident tracking system and support site-level data operations. You own the accuracy and integrity of incident data while coordinating with GMOC and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site administration for the IMPACT incident tracking system, including access management, role assignments, and reporting.
• Perform data entry and serve as the database expert for OIMS, ensuring strict data accuracy.
• Support risk assessments and HAZOP preparation by managing action item entry and tracking.
• Pull reports and maintain data integrity across the database.
• Provide coordination support to GMOC and site stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data entry and database management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Access or similar database tools.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.
