Description

You will provide technical expertise for data reporting and analysis within the Provider Data Management Services department.

Responsibilities

• Perform data quality audits and provider data reconciliation to identify and remediate errors across internal departments and health networks.
• Design and develop reports to support routine operational requirements and California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) mandates.
• Conduct data analyses to support major CalOptima Health initiatives.
• Manage provider network data integrity through consistent technical oversight.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in the healthcare industry or a managed care environment.
• 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries.
• Proficiency using SQL Server Management Studio.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience building Tableau dashboards.
• 2+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards.
