Description

Analyze and label email data to train machine learning models for security filtering.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Annotate emails and diverse datasets, including messages and statements, to improve AI model training.
• Examine email elements such as headers, links, attachments, and appearance to determine categories.
• Identify and block malicious URLs and phishing attempts using internet domain and IP reputation resources.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans to address performance shortfalls.
• Support the Project Manager with daily service operations and departmental administration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data-related roles.
• Data Labeling expertise for machine learning datasets.
• Ability to perform email examination, including header and attachment analysis.
• Experience with malicious URL identification and phishing detection.
• Knowledge of internet domain and IP address reputation analysis.
• Strong process adherence to maintain quality and consistency.
• KPI management and performance monitoring.
• Project support and administrative capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security filtering or threat intelligence platforms.
