Deliver actionable insights to influence business strategy and optimize operations through statistical analysis and KPI development.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis on large datasets to drive changes in KPIs and business objectives.
• Gather data using advanced SQL across multiple platforms, ensuring performance tuning and adherence to best practices.
• Execute validation checks to identify data inconsistencies and implement solutions for outliers and trends.
• Partner with data quality and architecture teams to shape requirements for data ingest and automation.
• Produce complex reports and develop multi-dimensional visuals in Tableau to convey business drivers and strategy shifts.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL and Teradata expertise.
• Python programming skills.
• Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding.
• Experience performing statistical analysis to identify business drivers.
• Ability to manage data gathering methodology and act as a subject matter expert for single source of truth sources.
• Strong business acumen to tie KPI performance to business strategy.
• B.E. degree.
• 2 years of professional experience.
