You will deliver actionable insights to influence business strategy, planning, and operational optimization through statistical analysis and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis on large datasets using multiple analytical techniques to drive changes in established KPIs.
• Gather data using advanced SQL across multiple platforms while ensuring performance tuning and best practices.
• Execute validation checks to identify data inconsistencies and outliers, working with leadership to implement solutions.
• Partner with data quality and architecture teams to shape requirements for data ingest and automation.
• Produce complex reports, graphs, and presentations that translate technical methodology into clear business stories.
• Identify shifts from baseline performance and communicate the impact of co-dependent KPIs to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Advanced SQL and Teradata expertise.
• Proficiency in Python and R for statistical analysis.
• Experience building visualizations in Tableau.
• Ability to create professional presentations using PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of statistical significance and industry measurement best practices.
• Experience querying across multiple platforms and managing large-scale datasets.
• Bachelor's degree.
