Analyze data to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for senior leaders. Build and maintain dashboards and reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful insights using Power BI and other dashboarding tools for executive consumption.
• Manage Agile workflows and utilize JIRA for tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Develop and present professional PowerPoint slides and Word documents to communicate findings.
• Translate complex data sets into clear, strategic recommendations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices.
• Strong technical writing skills with expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to translate data into strategic business insights.

• Experience presenting directly to senior leadership.
