You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights to support strategic business decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure report accuracy.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics.
• Knowledge of statistics, data validation, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in healthcare, government, or public sector projects.
