Description

You will bridge the gap between business units and the data team, translating operational needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to address requirements in data science, AI, ML, and business intelligence.
• Organize business units to gather, combine, and analyze data to identify process improvements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for the data team.
• Partner with data stewards to identify and implement data quality and metadata management measures.
• Work with business partners to establish the initiative pipeline, prioritize tasks, and document project lessons learned.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a data analyst.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Excel.
• Demonstrable experience working with Power BI.
• Experience driving workshops to elicit business requirements.
• Strong skills in data quality and metadata management.
• Ability to develop and implement cross-border or global procedures.
• Fluent written and conversational English communication skills.
• B.E. or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Data Management related certification.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Understanding of Finance concepts and the broker industry.
