Description

Own the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from requirement gathering to dashboard delivery and governance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and processes to define scope, workflows, and risk assessment through document analysis, interviews, and workshops.
• Retrieve data from database platforms, web service APIs, and flat files.
• Perform data transformations, cleansing operations, and build aggregated frameworks.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and stories using Tableau Desktop.
• Execute end-to-end, system, and integration testing using automated test scripts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency with SQL for complex data retrieval and manipulation.
• Experience with Python for data processing and scripting.
• Advanced use of Tableau Desktop for dashboarding and visualization.
• Experience with API data extraction and flat file processing.
• Knowledge of automated testing for system and integration phases.
• Ability to manage and track SLA metrics for incident and problem tickets.

Preferred Skills

• Support the definition and continuous improvement of Data Governance processes.
