Description

You will analyze and interpret complex datasets, build data models, and perform statistical analysis for business support.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Create data models and perform statistical analysis on raw data.
• Generate reports and develop interactive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of demonstrated experience in data analysis.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience supporting banking or Commercial Lending functions.
• Proven ability to clean, acquire, and manipulate data.
• Solid understanding of basic to intermediate statistics.
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to management.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Master’s degree in an analytical field.
• Background in Auto Finance or Consumer Lending industries.
