Description

You will provide data and analytics support for Commercial Lending and banking operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build interactive dashboards to visualize key metrics.
• Perform data acquisition, manipulation, cleaning, and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Present quantitative findings and strategic recommendations to management.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau.
• Advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Foundational knowledge of statistics.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar analytical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Master’s degree in an analytical field.
• Background in Auto Finance or Consumer Lending.
• Intermediate to advanced statistics knowledge.
