This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Recommend actions by presenting data stories through Tableau visualizations and PowerPoint presentations.
• Uncover business needs to frame analysis and identify the true questions the company needs to answer.
• Pull and organize data for analysis using SQL and Python.
• Assess quantitative and qualitative impacts of potential actions on customers, employees, and the company.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement and measure the results of recommended actions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional work experience in data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a similar field.
• High proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Professional experience with data acquisition, manipulation, and cleaning.
• Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Experience identifying trends through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proficiency with statistics and predictive modelling techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML.
