Description

You will automate complex manual processes across Finance, Insurance, and Health Care domains by optimizing data collection and ML model performance.

Responsibilities

• Clarify business logic and requirements directly with customers based on use cases.
• Train customer SMEs on document labeling to meet specific data set requirements.
• Create efficient data collection flows and offer improvements to ML models based on result analysis.
• Provide ML quality reports using OOTB/Custom Tableau Dashboards and Excel.
• Perform QA, testing activities, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Expertise in unstructured data analysis and text mining.
• Ability to process large volumes of unstructured data quickly and effectively.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with OOTB tools and Tableau Dashboards.
• Proven experience in client communication and requirement gathering.
• Strong ability to identify patterns to optimize data collection processes.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Finance, Insurance, or Health Care domains.
