Description

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automation tools for a battery energy storage system (BESS) augmentation program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect cross-functional stakeholder requirements to define project scope and priorities.
• Build complex Power BI dashboards integrating historical cost data, site performance, and model projections.
• Use data to define current strategy and project the impacts of strategic pivots.
• Implement automation and lean methods to streamline digital product maintenance.

Required Skills

• Expertise in creating and managing complex Power BI dashboards.
• Proficiency in M, VBA, and DAX.
• Experience aggregating large data volumes from multiple linked data systems.
• Experience managing technical and financial aspects of large-scale fleets, including CAPEX, O&M spend, or maintenance.
• Ability to convey technical and non-technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, or a related ABET-accredited field.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of BESS technology and utility-scale operational or augmentation strategies.
• Experience building automation into system maintenance workflows.
