Build and manage reporting tools to deliver data solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Present data insights to stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and consultants on data projects.
• Promote the use of Power BI and Microsoft tools across the organization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in SQL Server.
• Experience with Azure.
• Basic understanding of Tableau.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, statistics, business, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating data from Tableau to Power BI.
