You will perform independent data analysis and manage data quality within the insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex data analysis independently to support business requirements.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and production incidents.
• Collaborate with ESS Business Teams using specialized policy and claims data terminology.
• Operate within an Agile environment to deliver data insights.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
• Deep understanding of insurance domain data, specifically Policy and Claims data elements.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and fixing data discrepancies.
• Experience working in Agile workflows.
• Knowledge of ESS Business terminology.
• Competency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage Risk Management tasks related to data integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Data Modeling and experience with Data Modeling tools.
