Analyze application and API data to understand performance, dependencies, and usage patterns. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Quantify frequency, volume, and complexity of user and system workflows.
• Translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for engineering and product stakeholders.
• Find transactions or data that meet specific criteria to satisfy testing scenarios.
• Design and maintain dashboards and automated reports for solutions architects and integration analysts.
• Investigate software bugs and production issues by identifying trends and anomalies in data, logs, and error reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience analyzing Microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis.
• Any Graduate education.
