Description

You will own data quality, reconciliation, and lifecycle management for enterprise architecture and IT service inventories.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate system inventories and architecture repositories for regulatory and operational resilience mapping.
• Reconcile data across cloud, infrastructure, and application domains to support business service mapping.
• Manage End of Life (EOL/EOS) records for underlying technologies and vendor applications.
• Prepare and validate data for ServiceNow CMDB imports and enhance BAU governance processes.
• Engage with technology owners, finance teams, and operational SMEs to define taxonomies and classification structures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in BA or Data Analyst roles, preferably within Financial Services.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Architecture (EA) tools, specifically OrbusInfinity or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with ITSM/CMDB frameworks, with a preference for ServiceNow CSDM.
• Demonstrable knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and on-premises hybrid environments.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities for complex data manipulation and reporting.
• Understanding of technology lifecycle concepts, including EOL/EOS and TBM taxonomy alignment.
• Experience with data quality analysis, reconciliation, and large dataset management.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Operational Resilience and Disaster Recovery regulatory standards.
• Experience documenting BAU processes, governance flows, and operating models.
