Description

You build automation and manage core business systems for Legal and Compliance teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build scripts and automation to streamline routine Legal and Compliance tasks.
• Support data and reporting needs using analytics platforms.
• Administer and configure KYC platforms and maintain document management systems.
• Develop and maintain Excel tools, including macros and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate data integration and troubleshoot connections between compliance tools and internal applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of technology experience supporting Legal, Compliance, or Operations functions.
• Strong proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data processing.
• Experience with reporting tools, including Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Power Automate or Zapier.
• Exposure to legal, regulatory, or compliance technology platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise systems like KYC and document management platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for non-technical users.
